David Wagner's side were in action six times across the month, taking ten points from a possible 18, with wins against Hull, Birmingham and Cardiff City.
The four nominees for this month's award are Gabriel Sara, Kenny McLean, Max Aarons and Onel Hernández.
Gabriel Sara collected two goals and an assist from his busy month in February, netting against Cardiff and Hull.
He assisted in the Tuesday night fixture under the lights for Josh Sargent. The Brazilian started all six games, playing the full 90 of each.
Gabby also earned himself player of the match for his performance against Cardiff City.
Back in the nominations is Kenny McLean, someone who David Wagner certainly felt he could rely on in the midfield this month, as he also started every game during the February campaign.
The number 23 notched himself an assist for Marcelino Núñez's second goal against Hull City.
Right-back Max Aarons was a key asset in all six fixtures for the Canaries, making the starting XI for each fixture.
The 23-year-old has now been nominated for the club award twice, proving himself a consistent asset in the Norwich defensive line.
Although Onel Hernández didn't get his name on the scoresheet for the Canaries this month, he played a key creative part for three of Norwich's eight goals, getting two assists in the 3-1 win over Hull and one for Brazillian loanee Marquinhos at the weekend.
Supporters can cast their vote and nominate someone to present the award via the form below.
Voting for the award closes at 12pm on Friday, March 3.
