The shortlist for February features Lucien Mahovo, Kellen Fisher, Lewis Dobbin and Josh Sargent.
City won two of their five February fixtures, also drawing two and suffering a single defeat to Preston North End.
They ended the month on a high, beating Stoke City 4-2 at Carrow Road at the weekend.
Vote now using the form below.
Lucien Mahovo
Having only made his debut in January, young left-back Lucien Mahovo has shown a lot of promise.
He started every game throughout February, playing a vital part in Josh Sargent's winning goal at Vicarage Road.
His cross also led to Junior Tchamadeu's own goal during the 4-2 win against Stoke.
Kellen Fisher
Like Mahovo on the left, Kellen Fisher has held on to the right-back spot recently.
The former Bromley man played the full 90 minutes in three of the five games, and also added an assist to his tally at the MKM Stadium.
Lewis Dobbin
It's a second successive nomination for Lewis Dobbin who has made an immediate impact since joining on loan from Aston Villa.
Dobbin has now played in every game since his arrival, and his strike against Stoke on Saturday was his second goal for the club.
Josh Sargent
Josh Sargent has continued his recovery from injury with a strong run in February.
The US international scored five goals in five games, bringing his tally in the league to 11 in 20 games.
He scored City's only goal in the fixtures against Watford, Derby and Hull, while he also got a brace against Stoke City.
Voting for the award closes at midday on Thursday, February 27.
