In a month with just two fixtures, the Canaries claimed six points out of six in Division One South East, bringing them joint-top of the table with AFC Wimbledon.
A 2-0 win over the league leaders was the month's highlight, followed by a 4-1 win at The Nest over Chesham United.
The nominees for the award this month are Katie Knights, Natasha Snelling, Ellie Smith and Hope Strauss.
Not only was her finish formidable against Chesham United, Katie Knights put the Canaries back on top in Sunday's 4-1 win and her performance won her Opposition Player of the Match.
Natasha Snelling bumped her goal tally into double figures this month, with a hugely important brace in a tough game against AFC Wimbledon and the first goal in the match against Chesham at the weekend.
The striker now has 11 goals in all competitions.
Ellie Smith finds herself amongst the nominees again this month, after her goal against Chesham United and assist to Snelling's first goal against AFC Wimbledon at the start of the month.
Having only conceded one goal in the month, Hope Strauss' defensive presence has been key to the Canaries' success in December. A goal-line clearance from the number 25 also kept Norwich in the match at The Nest against the Dons.
