Nominations are now open to vote for the Norwich City Women Player of the Month for September, presented by Sekura.id.
The Canaries still remain unbeaten in their 2023/24 campaign following two draws and three wins this month.
September opened with the first home game for City and saw a 2-2 draw at The Nest against London Seaward, with a brace from Natasha Snelling.
Next followed the much-anticipated Carrow Road fixture against Cambridge United, where the canaries were held to a draw against the East Anglian rivals.
All three wins of the month saw 15 goals put past Cambridge City, Haywards Heath and Actonians and just two goals conceded.
The four players nominated for the award are Megan Todd, Natasha Snelling, Rachel Lawrence and Ellie Smith.
Megan Todd finds herself joint top goal-scorer for the month, finding the back of the net five times, four of them from the spot. She played the full 90 in three out of the five fixtures and lead the team as captain in Anna Larkins' absence.
For the second month running, Tash Snelling is up for the award, joining Toddy with five goals in September, makig her total for the season seven so far. The number ten was also voted as Opposition Player of the Match against London Seaward, after her two goals helped the Canaries take a point from the Blues.
A second new signing makes their way into the vote in as many months, after Rachel Lawrence's perfect performance against Haywards Heath. She recorded a hat-trick in 33 minutes, the first Norwich player to do so since Natasha Snelling against QPR in the 2022/23 season.
Our fourth and final nominee is midfielder Ellie Smith, with one goal against Haywards Heath and two Opposition Player of the Match awards to her name. Smith has been pivotal during the minutes she has played, tearing defences in the build-up to a number of goals for the Canaries in September.
