Head coach David Wagner is looking forward to welcoming Hull City to Carrow Road tomorrow evening in the Sky Bet Championship.
Following on from the weekend's defeat to Bristol City at Ashton Gate Stadium, Wagner says he has addressed some of his concerns from that fixture with the squad.
"It still doesn't feel good, we missed a chance to collect some points. But, it's done, over, we've spoken about it and analysed it," the German said.
"In our ball possession, we were not good enough, gave too many easy turnovers away. That can't happen tomorrow, that's one of Hull's strengths.
"We need to be clearer in our head, calmer, have more trust in ourselves. Performance shouldn't be influenced by when you score or concede.
"Our range of performance is too big. It's up to me and my backroom staff to work on this. This group gets affected by positive results and by negative moments. I understand it but the range is too big."
With Liam Rosenior's side coming to Carrow Road on Tuesday, he also pointed out how excited he is for his first game under the lights in NR1.
"Every game is a new chance. I'm aware of the home record even if I said leave the past in the past but we do want to turn it around. We need to create moments offensively to bring the crowd with us," Wagner added.
When asked about spending his Valentine's Day at Carrow Road, Wagner said: "I won't say too much in case my wife is listening but it's my first night at Carrow Road, under lights, how can I not be excited?
"A big crowd at Carrow Road, on a Tuesday night, we need to make our opponents uncomfortable.
"There is a clear idea that we're all committed to and it's up to us to make sure they also understand it. The intensity in ball possession against Bristol was not what it should be."
