Norwich City head coach David Wagner says the side's 6-1 win over King's Lynn Town was a good test, as the Canaries continue their pre-season preparations.
"It was another test game in the pre-season and the players have done it again quite well. For me, it was a good test because we played some situations very well. There's also some stuff that we need to work on.
"That's totally normal, we've got four more weeks of pre-season. We've seen that some players have heavy legs, but it was a good test.
"It was difficult circumstances, in terms of the pitch and the heat, but they took that on the chin and that was great to see for me. You have to do your work, and that's what they did."
New signing Ashley Barnes scored a hat-trick, along with goals from Josh Sargent, Tony Springett and Sam McCallum. However, there was some bad news for Canaries fans as another new signing, Borja Sainz, has been ruled out until October.
"The heat made it different. Against Barnet, we had the challenge with the rain. Today, we had another challenge. The biggest challenge, though, is to challenge ourselves in the pre-season.
"I'd be over the moon about pre-season, if it wasn't for the injury of Borja Sainz. He picked up an injury yesterday in training. Apart from that incident, it's all been great. The boys have been committed, and that's what I expect from them.
"And that's how pre-season should be, as the players prepare for another Championship season."
