Max Aarons helped England Under-21s to a third consecutive win in the EURO 2023 tournament following a 2-0 win over Germany.
The right-back played 30 minutes of the match, replacing Ben Johnson as the Young Lions' first substitute.
Goals from Cameron Archer and Harvey Elliot in the first half were enough to seal a win for Lee Carsley's side, who had already confirmed their place in the next stage of the tournament prior to kick-off.
The Group C winners will now play Portugal in the second quarter-final, taking place at Shengelia Arena, Kutaisi, at 6pm on Sunday, July 2.
