This week marks the start of our Sky Bet Championship season, as we host Hull City at home on Saturday, August 5.
There have been a number of changes at the stadium, with plenty to look out for on your first visit for the 2023/24 campaign.
The Lion and Castle
Stephen Fry recently opened the doors to our brand new in-stadium pub, The Lion and Castle. This will be open three hours prior to kick-off on each home matchday for Lower Barclay supporters only. Once the stadium bowl clears post-match, this will be open to all supporters.
The bar was part of an extensive refurbishment project in the Russell Allison Lounge in the Lower Barclay, with two big screens now in place to showcase Sky Sports events and two new feature beer walls for customers to use as a self-serve function.

50/50 Raffle
For the 2023/24 season, we will be introducing the brand new 50/50 draw, in place of our Golden Goal. For £2 per ticket, you can be in with a chance to win 50 per cent of the entire lottery ticket proceeds from the matchday.
This means that if the proceeds for tickets amounts to £2000, one lucky entrant will go home with £1000! The other 50 per cent will go towards the development and progression of the Norwich City Academy, to support our future stars.
There is also the option to take part wherever you are, with tickets available to purchase online, as well as in person at Carrow Road.
For your chance to play, tickets can be purchased online via our website, or you can visit our designated matchday sellers on home matchdays. Please note that online purchases for the 50/50 draw will be available up until 10am on the day prior to each home fixture.
Fan Zone
The Fan Zone at Carrow Park will be open to all with a matchday ticket with a a variety of games and activities as part of the perfect pre-match build-up.

Hospitality
Our brand new event space The Criterion Bar will be open 90 minutes prior to kick-off and one hour after the final whistle for Delia's dining guests and South Stand seat-only packages. The space features luxurious seating and a bar. This will also be available to hire in due course.
The Blue Space Lounge, situated in the Geoffrey Watling City Stand (use Gunn Club entrance to access), is also now available to hire. For all event hire enquiries, please email canary.catering@canaries.co.uk for more information.

Team sheets will now only be available on the programmes in corporate areas and on the menus and big screens in the Gunn Club.
Retail kiosk
Our walk-in retail kiosk to make matchday shopping even easier is now situated on the pedestrian island in between Carrow Road and Morrisons.
Fans will be able to purchase merchandise such as shirts, scarves and souvenirs. The kiosk will be open two hours prior to kick-off and will close when the match starts.
Matchday programme
Our new-look copies of OTBC will be available as usual from various vendors who are situated around Carrow Road on a matchday for £4.
Legends mural celebration
To celebrate our new South Stand legends banner, as voted for by fans, supporters are invited to attend a live Q&A in front of the mural with Bryan Gunn, Darren Huckerby, Jeremy Goss, Wes Hoolahan and Grant Holt.
Supporters are encouraged to arrive for 12.45pm and the event will end before turnstiles open at 1.30pm. The event is free to attend, and no tickets are necessary.
Footballs in the stands
We now have several balls in place at the side lines to allow play to continue quickly if a ball goes out of play during a match.
We ask fans to return any balls that may enter the stands to be returned to ball collectors, rather than being thrown back on the pitch.
Fan safety
For safety purposes and as a continuation from last season, children under the age of two are not permitted in the open-air areas of the stadium and concourses on matchdays.
Children over the age of two will be permitted entry to matchdays at Carrow Road with a valid ticket.
