The match takes place at Carrow Road in a 6.45pm kick-off on Sunday, May 4.
The Canaries will be hoping to finish the season on a high and be crowd champions of Norfolk for the eighth time.
Following last weekend's 3-0 win over QPR, City confirmed their second place spot in Division One South East, just two points behind the league winners Real Bedford.
Holly Kennard was at the double on the day, scoring twice in the first half, Freya Symonds then sealing the win late in the second half.
A single goal from Issy Moore was enough to secure victory over Wroxham Women in Norwich's semi-final fixture in the Harrod Sport Women's Cup.
The Opposition
Tier 6 side Mulbarton Wanderers play in Division One North of the Eastern Region Women's Football League.
They soared through to the final of the Norfolk County Cup with wins over Thetford Town (3-0), Bure Valley (5-1) and King's Lynn Town (9-0) in previous rounds.
Rebekah Lake is the club's top scorer in the competition this season with seven goals scored in the journey to Carrow Road.
Last time out
The last tie between these two sides was in the semi-final of last year's competition, where Norwich had a resounding 7-0 win over the Belles.
Natasha Snelling netted a brace, whilst Larkins, Knights, Symonds, Hailes and Shaw added the additional goals.
