Norwich City Women closed out their 2024/25 league campaign with a win, beating QPR Women 3-0 at Carrow Road.
Holly Kennard netted twice in the first half before providing the assist for Freya Symonds' effort after the break.
The win sealed second place for the Canaries in Division One South East, finishing the season on 47 points.
Andy Cook made just one change to his side that beat Actonians 2-0 in the last outing, bringing in Megan Todd for Lauren Hailes.
The first chance of the tie was set-up well by Millie Daviss, who crossed in from the right to find Natasha Snelling waiting in the box, but the forward couldn't get enough on her effort and Chrissie Wiggins collected.
Billie Brooks managed a dangerous-looking ball into the box from a free-kick, but with too much power on it, her cross evaded all blue and white shirts.
A low shot just inside the area from Eloise Morran started a wave of City attacks, falling narrowly wide of the post.
The deadlock was then broken by Kennard just inside 15 minutes, Cook working hard to get a cross into Snelling, the forward rounding Wiggins and passing across goal to the winger at point-blank range.
The visitors nearly found an equaliser through Courtnay Ward-Chambers after 20 minutes, an angled shot firing inches wide of the right post.
Meila D'Santos tried her luck on the edge of the area but her effort was well collected by Sarah Quantrill.
Quantrill was tested again shortly after by Grace Stanley, but the visitors' top-scorer could only find the hands of City's number one.
Kennard then rattled the post with a looping shot from the right hand side.
Another effort from the R's came from Georgie Lewin, shooting from distance but unable to find the target.
The Canaries then extended their lead, Kennard getting her second of the afternoon on the brink of half-time.
A perfectly placed pass from Snelling found the winger on the left with acres of space, Kennard outpacing her defender to shoot and find the back of the net.
The second half opened with much of the same intensity from City, forcing QPR to defend high up the field.
Tomlinson was forced to make an interception to prevent QPR pulling one back through Anna Dzyadyk.
An effort from Cook flew across goal but was just out of reach of Snelling heading goalward.
Norwich further extended their lead with Kennard involved once again, the winger crossing into the box to find the head of Symonds, who in turn found the bottom corner of the net.
Quantrill parried away a strong shot from substitute Alana Munro to keep the R's out with 25 minutes left on the clock.
Some selfless play from Kennard lead to an opportunity for Snelling to get a fourth, but the striker's shot was smothered and cleared by Wiggins with five minutes left to play.
Issy Moore had the ball in the back of the net for the final chance of the game but was flagged for offside in the build-up.
The Canaries are back in action at Carrow Road on Sunday, May 4, when they face Mulbarton Wanderers in the Harrod Sport Women's Cup final.
