Holly Kennard was at the double for Norwich City Women as they picked up a 4-0 win at home to Dulwich Hamlet in Division One South East.
Hope Strauss also converted from the spot and Megan Todd scored her first of the season.
Andy Cook made eight changes to the side who beat Aylsham 5-1 in the County Cup last weekend, only Eloise Morran, Natasha Snelling and Sienna Booty keeping their places in the starting 11.
City firmly placed a hold on the game from the whistle, opening the scoring through Kennard in the third minute.
An Olivia Cook throw was helped on by the strong winds at The Nest and, after a failed clearance, allowed Kennard to pounce and slot home.
Norwich didn't take their foot off the gas though, as Sarah Quantrill found Cook on the right, who made a fantastic run all the way to the edge of the area and crossed to Snelling, but the forward had too much on her shot and fired over.
The next City chance came just before the half-hour mark, as a Freya Symonds cross was launched Morran's way, the Scotland Under-19 international turning and and shooting but her effort was smothered by Saskia Reeves Priestly.
The visitors did have the ball in the back of the net just before the conclusion of the first-half, but it was ruled out for an offside flag.
The second half opened with the same intensity from the Canaries, the second goal coming from a Strauss penalty after 55 minutes.
Cook did all the hard work in the build-up, crossing to Lauren Tomlinson on the edge of the area, who was then fouled and a penalty awarded.
The centre-back stepped up and sent Reeves Priestly the wrong way to make it 2-0.
The third goal once again came from the work of Cook, who made a fantastic run down the right, beating her defender and crossing to Kennard, whose first effort was blocked on the line but she made no error with her second, tapping in from the six-yard box.
With fresh legs on just after the hour mark, substitutes Lauren Hailes and Issy Moore both tried their luck from range but neither shot found the target.
The game was then wrapped up in injury time, as captain Todd was set up in the box by Shannon Shaw and the number seven fired in for the fourth to seal an emphatic victory at The Nest.
City are on the road again next weekend, travelling to top-of-the-table Real Bedford in another Division One South East fixture.
