A single goal from Issy Moore was enough to send Norwich City Women to the final of the Harrod Sport Women's County Cup, as the Canaries beat Wroxham Women 1-0 at the FDC on Wednesday evening.
City will face Mulbarton Wanderers for the title of champions of Norfolk later in May.
It was a heavily rotated side compared to the starting 11 that beat London Bees 2-1 in Division One South East, Andy Cook making seven changes.
Amber Locker returned in goal for the Canaries, making her second appearance for the club in as many seasons.
City had the first effort through Lara Densley, the forward pouncing on the end of a Liv Cook cross but narrowly rolling her effort wide inside the first minute.
Norwich continued to press high for the opening 10 minutes, Sienna Booty and Shannon Shaw also shooting towards the target.
Former Canary Bryony Williams in goal for the Yacthswomen made a great save to deny Shaw from point blank range on the 20-minute mark.
Williams was then forced to make another big block to stop Cook from finding the breakthrough after half an hour played.
City continued to dominate play but were unable to find the back of the net, Moore getting in on the action in the box but unable to convert.
A triple chance for the Canaries saw efforts from Cook, Densley and Todd but neither could evade the sea of blue and white shirts in the box.
The half closed with some attacking play from Wroxham, Hannah Fuller driving forward an effort that was blocked and unable to find the back of the net.
Norwich wasted no time finding the opener in the second half, Moore positioning herself perfectly to fire a low shot into the back of the net just one minute after kick-off.
A lovely ball from Ellie Bishop just after the hour mark found Cook waiting patiently on the edge of the area to take an angled shot, Williams initially spilling before collecting from danger.
A lobbed effort from the hosts evaded Locker but fell just wide of the target with 10 minutes left on the clock.
A brilliant cross from Bishop was narrowly out of reach of substitute Holly Kennard who had raced goalward into the six-yard box.
Kennard then tried to return the favour for Shaw but the forward's effort from the area was fired over the bar.
A crucial block from Hope Strauss denied Wroxham an equaliser late in the game as a scamble in the box left the crowd on the edge of their seats.
City managed to ride out the win to earn themselves a place in the final, due to be played in May later this season.
The Canaries are back in action on Sunday, April 13, to face Actonians in a league tie at Rectory Park.
