Norwich City Women have confirmed the list of players to be released following the conclusion of the 2023/24 season.
Per last week's announcement, Alice Parker will be stepping away from playing football to pursue a career in refereeing.
Parker first joined Norwich City's Under-11s team and lifted the Norfolk County Cup trophy twice with the squad.
As confirmed ahead of City's Harrod Sport Cup final in May, captain Anna Larkins has retired from football, finishing her career 16 years after first becoming a Canary.
Summer Ward worked her way through the ranks with the Canaries over the years, playing for Norwich City's Centre of Excellence for eight years, before spending four years with the first team, two years with Wymondham Town and then making a return to the Yellows.
She played an important part in City’s 2021/22 survival season at left-back and throughout the title challenge the following year.
Ward will now take up the role of girls' development manager at the Community Sports Foundation and will play an integral part in the club's player pathway system.
Another name making their exit is Kathryn Stanley, who has made the decision to extend her stay abroad in Canada on a working holiday.
Stanley became an integral part of the Canaries attacking set-up in 2017, claiming player of the match in the County Cup final during the 2021/22 season, scoring a hat-trick against Mulbarton Wanderers.
Last year's summer signing Rachel Lawrence has relocated to Manchester and confirmed a move to Liverpool Feds Women.
The 21-year-old made 27 appearances for the club, scoring seven times.
Mary Croft confirmed her departure to the squad and subsequent break from playing following a persistent foot injury.
Croft joined the club in December 2022 and made 14 appearances for the Canaries.
Another Centre of Excellence graduate, Rebecca Russell, will also be leaving the squad, after joining Norwich City in the summer of 2022 from newly-promoted Wymondham Town, having ended her final season with Town as the side as Player of the Season.
After joining the club's academy at eight years old, Jess Harper too departs the club.
Harper stepped up during a challenging 2022/23 season, playing a number of matches in goal for the Canaries in place of the injured Bryony Williams.
Felicity Limage also leaves the club due to a relocation, as she returns to Loughborough, where she joined the Canaries from at the start of the 2023/24 season.
The final departure sees Naomi Cooper part ways with the club. The defender joined City in August of 2022 from Wroxham Women.
