WHO ARE WE?

 

We are Norwich City Football Club. When we say the “Club”, “us”, “we”, “our” we mean Norwich City Football Club.

WHAT IS THIS?

 

Sometimes we may get information about you, for example because you use our websites including www.canaries.co.uk/juniors, because you have set up a Junior Canaries account or because you have been to one of our events at our stadium. We have to follow certain rules to make sure that we use the information we get about you in the right way.

WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW DO WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION?

 

The kind of information we get about you may include:

  • Information that you might give us when you use our website or create a Junior Canaries account. This might include your name, date of birth, account log-in information, personal description, contact details such as an email address, telephone number and address if you are old enough (or if not, the contact details of your parent or guardian).

  • People who work or volunteer for the Club including the Club’s suppliers.

  • Other football organisations, for example The Football Association.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

 

We will keep your information for as long as we need to before we will delete or remove the information. In some cases, we may need to keep your information for a longer period of time.

USE OF CCTV

 

For your safety, we have CCTV in place at our stadium and our other premises. These cameras help us protect the stadium and other areas, and the people who use those areas, including you. The images and videos we take are securely stored and may be used for security purposes such as investigating incidents. We only keep CCTV images and videos for a short time unless we need to keep it for longer to look into an issue.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

 

You or your parent or guardian can:

  • Look at, change or correct information that we hold about you.
  • Delete your account or profile.
  • Ask us to stop using your information and give you a copy of the information that we hold about you.
  • Stop sending you information such as newsletters about upcoming events and competitions.

You or your parent or guardian can contact us using the details below if you would like to do any of these things above or if you have any questions about how we use your information. We will respond to you as soon as we can. Sometimes we may say no to your request for example, if you ask us to delete your information but the law says that we have to keep it.
