Norwich City Women are delighted to announce the signing of 20-year-old goalkeeper Eva-Jean Young from Lewes on a professional contract, subject to FA approval.
The Los Angeles-born stopper joins the Canaries having been with the Tier 3 side for the end of the 2025/26 season.
She made her debut for the Rooks against top-of-the-table Plymouth Argyle back in March.
Prior to her time in the UK, the American spent time with Portuguese outfit Sporting Lisbon.
On signing for the Canaries, she said: "I’m really excited to be signing with such an ambitious club and such a great group of players and coaching staff.
"I know the club is aiming high and looking to finish strong.
"Since I arrived, it's been really great and really competitive.
"There’s a good attitude around everything; the facilities and the coaching staff are all a super professional standard. I’m excited to bring some of my experience here."
Head of women's football, Flo Allen, added: "Delighted to welcome Eva-Jean to the club.
"She joins us with a good level of experience at Tier 3 and has already settled into the group well.
"She will add competition and depth to our goalkeeping options and we are excited to see how she develops under the guidance of Hugh, Megan and Perry."
