Norwich City Women's Eloise King has been voted as the Player of the Month for October.
Having played a mammoth part in helping Norwich settle into life in Tier 3, King was finally rewarded with her first goal for the club against Peterborough United.
The goal proved hugely important and helped City take away a Northern Premier Division point on the road.
On winning the award, she said: "I’m absolutely delighted to have won the award for this month; to be recognised as one of the top performers by the fans means a lot and something I take great pride in.
"I managed to get my first goal for the club this month which is also something I’ve been working on behind the scenes and trying to develop my all-round game, which I feel I’m progressing well in.
"October was a busy schedule for us as a team with mid-week fixtures and me personally featuring in all the games, but credit goes to all players and staff.
"We've been working hard and managing to stay in all competitions, which shows us how well we’ve competed throughout the month.
"For me personally, I’m happy with how I’ve played this month and now it’s about kicking on even more to keep improving, learning and getting better each week!"
