Philippe Clement’s side are back to Carabao Cup action on Thursday evening as they travel to face Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium (7.30pm KO).
The Canaries will face the current holders of the competition for their third-round fixture, following their 2-1 win in Cardiff last month.
The Yellows fell short in the 91st minute of their most recent outing last weekend; a league clash against Middlesbrough that ended in defeat, despite substitutes Jovon Makama and Jacob Wright pulling two back in the second half to level the scores at 3-3.
The Opposition
Manchester City begin their Carabao Cup campaign at the third-round stage, having received a bye into the tournament at this stage.
Enzo Maresca's side come into the fixture following a 1-0 victory over Manchester United on Sunday.
Erling Haaland scored the decisive goal at Old Trafford to continue City’s winning streak in their opening four matches.
Manchester City sit second in the Premier League table, level on points with Arsenal in first place.
During the transfer window, Maresca made 19 new additions to his side, including Enzo Fernández from Chelsea for €145 million. 19 players departed the Etihad Stadium in the window.
The Carabao Cup holders were indebted to Nico O'Reilly as they secured a 2-0 victory over Arsenal in the Wembley final in March, with the England youngster scoring twice to seal the trophy.
