Norwich City's were beaten in their penultimate pre-season friendly on Saturday afternoon, as LaLiga side CA Osasuna came from behind to claim victory at Carrow Road.
Ahead of the Canaries' penultimate pre-season friendly, Philippe Clement named four changes to the side that saw off Premier League side Fulham behind closed doors last weekend.
Harry Darling, Jacob Wright, Paris Maghoma and summer signing Andre Brooks were all introduced to the starting eleven, seeing Ruairi McConville, Pelle Mattsson, Anis Ben Slimane and Matěj Jurásek drop out.
It was the midfielder Wright who had the game's first opportunity, unleashing an effort from the edge of the area that had to be parried away by the Osasuna stopper after six minutes.
City continued to press and Brooks thought he had given his side the lead on 15 minutes after meeting Ben Chrisene's cross inside the six-yard box, however the linesman had his flag risen.
The visitors did threaten. Lucas Torró thumped a header from a corner marginally wide of the City post before Rubén García curled a 25-yard free just wide of the upright.
Just prior to the interval City once again upped the ante. This time, Paris Maghoma collected Kenny McLean's pass before slaloming around a couple of Osasuna defenders and shooting over the bar.
Matěj Jurásek was introduced at the interval, replacing Brooks, and it was the Czech winger was was heavily involved in City's opener on the hour mark. He produced an excellent trivela cross that found Darling inside the six-yard-box, who bundled home via his midriff.
However, City's lead was short lived when the visitors were awarded a penalty just six minutes later. Striker Raúl García stepped up, before sending Vladan Kovačević the wrong way to level the scores.
City were dealt a blow a the game ticked into its final period, when second half substitute Ali Ahmed was forced from the field of play. The Canadian international landed awkwardly when attempting to control a crossfield ball.
And the Spanish side completed the comeback in stoppage time, when Asier Bonel's tight-angled shot bobbled in from close range.
City conclude their pre-season preparations behind closed doors on Tuesday at the Avant Training Centre, taking on League One side Cambridge United before opening their domestic campaign against MK Dons on Saturday, with tickets available here.
