RCP Parking joins as club Regional Partner

RCP partner lockup

Norwich City have announced RCP Parking as one of its new Regional Partners.

A family run business founded in Norwich in 1994, RCP Parking has grown from managing a small number of local car parks to operating a nationwide portfolio of owned, leased and managed parking facilities.

Sarah Naghshineh, Managing Director at RCP Parking, said: “This partnership is incredibly special to us. RCP Parking was born in Norwich over 30 years ago, and like Norwich City Football Club, we are proud to be a business with deep roots in the local community. As lifelong supporters of the club, the opportunity to work together is something that means a great deal to all of us.”

“Our own business has recently passed from one generation to the next, and that feels particularly fitting because support for Norwich City is something that is also handed down through generations of families. That shared heritage, commitment and sense of belonging makes this partnership about far more than parking.

“We’re delighted to be helping the club manage its car parks for the first time while delivering a seamless customer journey. From the moment people arrive to the moment they leave, our goal is to make parking simple, reliable and hassle-free.

“We’re really proud to play our part in supporting the future of a club that has meant so much to our family, and to so many families across Norfolk, for generations.”

Ed Turnham, Commercial Director at Norwich City, said: “We’re excited to partner with RCP Parking, as we continue to explore new ways to maximise the potential of our wider stadium footprint.

“RCP Parking’s expertise in parking management made them a natural fit and the introduction of this partnership will help us create a more efficient and accessible parking operation. We’re looking forward to working closely with RCP Parking.”

As part of the new partnership, RCP Parking will manage all club owned car parks at Carrow Road. ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) cameras have been installed and will be in operation from Monday, August 31, 2026. From this date, all parking bookings will be managed exclusively by RCP Parking. The club will not be able to facilitate bookings for parking.

On non matchdays, the car park will be available for all to use, with bookings to be completed via either the PayByPhone or ParkBee mobile applications.

For the club’s first team away games, any supporters making use of official club travel for away matchdays will receive a 50 percent discount on parking, reducing the cost to £3 for a 24-hour period. Upon booking official club travel, supporters will receive a discount code via email to be redeemed on the PayByPhone app.

Please note, any supporters that have already booked away travel through the club for the upcoming games against Millwall, Cardiff City, Sheffield United and Stoke City will not be charged to park at Carrow Road. Once the systems are operational, from Monday, August 31, these supporters will receive a unique booking code to redeem free parking for both the Stoke City and Sheffield United fixtures.
