Speaking post-match goalscorer Anthony Musaba believes this is Norwich’s best performance of the season so far.
“I think we’ve had like a few good games, you know, since I came here, with Burnley, Sheffield United, Birmingham.
“We had like lots of good games, but this is especially nice because you've got a clean sheet, you know with loads of goals that we scored, so overall a top performance.
“We knew it would be hard as well to play here in Derby because you know they want to win and it's always like a bit of pressure towards us, but then we are putting on our skin, like today we got three out three.
“So, good overall performance from the team and I'm very happy about it."
Musaba expressed the team’s feeling with keeping a clean sheet, sharing it’s a top priority for the remainder of the season.
“Yeah, of course, like I said, you can conceed a few goals, so to end it with a clean sheet, scoring four, and then not to conceded is always the top feeling, for all the team.
"Especially as well for the defenders and goalkeeper, because that's their top feeling.
“It's just about like managing ball, you know, overall, for the team, as long as you are consistent.
“As we attack as we score, like we celebrate, this is definitely for celebration, the clean sheet.
“I'm very happy that we got it today with hopefully more this season, it’s a top focus of the team.
Norwich have played 14 league games this season, and in seven of them the team has scored at least three goals. The winger shared his thoughts on the attacking quality of the team.
"Like we've got so many players in the squad that have like a good attacking threat, you know and this is what we have to keep going, you know.
“This is what we have to keep, especially now like we were in good flow, so now we've got to press as well.
“So, we will focus on doing this again, first a bit recovery, but you know for the games before the international break with four wins in a row, that would be perfect.”
Musaba shared he’s finding his form the more he plays for Norwich and is happy with his progression within the side.
“Yeah, obviously now I understand who I really like as a player, and I'm happy that I'm getting in those moments as well.
“Since I'm getting in those moments, no one can stop me. That's what I know as well and yeah, I showed this last couple of games as well.
"I'm very happy that it's coming out and now the focus is to be consistent as well as myself as all performers as well as the team as well.
“I always like this electric and pace, but not as experienced, so now I know how best to use it and when to use it.
“I'm just trying to do this as well as possible to be like as much as contributing for my teammates and the club.
"Especially when we've got the ball in the box, like I'm just trying to be involved, you know because the ball can go everywhere."
Over 1,600 Canaries made the journey to Pride Park this evening, with Musaba thanking them for their support.
“Yeah they were amazing.
“We need the support, and obviously, I always love the fact that they come in, you know, when we look at the away end and it's always packed.
“And there's always a special feeling, seeing that all the fans are here, you know, and their respect for the team.
“So that's always tough for the opposition and players to see.
“They are always supporting us every game, and I always ask them to do this again, every game.
“We need them for the whole season."
