Norwich City's latest addition Anthony Musaba sat down with the club in his first interview as a Canary, discussing life in the Championship and what experience he can bring to the club during his loan.
"It's been a tough day because of all the travel, but I made it.
"Obviously, it was no trouble, but I'm very able to be here.
"I'm excited and looking forward to being here this season at Norwich City.
"I'd spoken to other clubs but I think you're looking for the perfect picture and Norwich City was the perfect picture for me, so that's why I was very convinced to come here.
"I'm very happy, I've made this choice; I had a really good feeling when I spoke to the club and the coach, obviously, because I knew him already at Monaco, which give me a very big boost, what the plans are with me with the club, the team.
"So, they really made me feel part of the club here."
The 25-year-old winger crossed paths with Philippe Clement during his time with Monaco and was pleased to be reuinted with the head coach.
"People might say, "he hasn't played under him", but honestly, I came back from a loan spell and I played every pre-season game under him, and he was always helping me, always willing to make me better as a person.
"He gave me chances to play, so, I'm very happy now that I can play a full season under him; that's really important to me.
"I know the league already, I've experienced it, so there's things that tick my boxes.
"It's a tough league, there's lots of games, but Norwich City is a team where the standard is to be in the Premier League.
"We've got a good squad, a young squad and I'm very convinced that we will succeed and get to the play-offs, minimum."
Musaba is no stranger to the Sky Bet Championship, having played for Sheffield Wednesday from 2023 to 2025.
"Honesty, I have really progressed since then, so it will be like a different me than the player I was at Sheffield Wednesday.
"I think that's why I made my move as well to Fenerbahçe, so I am completely different as a player, also as a person.
"I know that everyone is really willing to compete for the best, but, as I said, I know we are capable of playing in the play-offs; last season they showed this, since (Philippe Clement) came in.
"Now with the additional players that have joined the squad, I think we are capable of achieving bigger things than last season, to play for the play-offs again.
"This is a young group; at Fenerbahçe it was more of an experienced group.
"You've got players that have won the Champions League, the World Cup, so, I think in terms of what I have experienced there, I can show a bit more to the younger players how it is to be a certain way to achieve, as those big players have done on the stage that they have, winning those leagues and those prizes.
"I've seen already like how they how they are during the day, preparing before training and before games, so I think those little things are the experience that can bring into the team.
"These are also like things that will maybe change 10% of your performance and I think that's very important."
On his style of play, Musaba said: "I'm a winger that loves to make dribbles, make actions like one against one and obviously my goals and assists; I like to score and I like to give assists.
"This is what the fans will expect from me and will see on the pitch.
"I just love to play football, to take my man on and be good for my teammates as well.
"I've represented Holland at Under-21s but never made it to play for Holland but Congo is my origin.
"It's a country that I love and at the end of the day if there is a chance to play for them then, of course, why not?
"We'll see in the future, we might be surprised.
"I hope it will be a top season for us and I'm very good convinced as well.
"The only thing that I can ask, on behalf of the team, we just need you guys like each game, home and away.
"We will do our best to make you guys happy this season."
