Ahead of the 2026/27 season, Norwich City can confirm a number of updates to general admission ticketing, including changes to pricing categories, the season ticket buyback scheme and matchday access procedures at Carrow Road.
Pricing categories
As in previous seasons, all fixtures at Carrow Road will continue to be placed into one of the club’s existing pricing categories: A+, A, B and C.
For the 2026/27 season, the club has also introduced a new Promotional Game category. This category will be applied to selected fixtures throughout the campaign, providing supporters with additional opportunities to purchase general admission tickets at attractive prices, while helping to maximise attendance and enhance the atmosphere at Carrow Road.
In addition, all restricted-view seats for Category B and Category C fixtures will now be discounted by £3.

Buyback scheme
The club has made several updates to the existing season ticket buyback scheme.
Tickets returned through the scheme will now be released for sale three working days before the fixture. All buyback tickets, including concessions, will be resold at the standard adult ticket price.
Once a returned ticket is sold, the season ticket holder will receive credit to their ticketing account within five working days after the fixture. This credit can then be used towards purchasing any other ticketing product.
Season ticket holders
Following discussions with the club’s Supporter Panel, and as part of the wider review of general admission pricing and the buyback scheme, the club has worked to ensure that a season ticket remains the most cost-effective way to watch Norwich City at Carrow Road across the course of a season.
2026/27 season ticket holders will receive instructions via email to their registered email address to download their new digital season ticket.
Supporters are encouraged to ensure that the email address linked to their ticketing account is up-to-date and correct.
Turnstile access
New Fortress card readers have been installed at every turnstile across Carrow Road.
The upgraded readers will help improve the speed and efficiency of stadium entry on matchdays. The process for accessing the stadium remains unchanged, with supporters required to present their digital ticket against the top of the reader to gain entry. Those supporters with QR or barcode tickets should scan these at the bottom of the reader.
To help ensure a smooth arrival experience, supporters are encouraged to download their digital ticket and have it ready before reaching the turnstiles.
