Mathias Kvistgaarden joined Norwich City from Danish side Brøndby IF in July 2025.

Born in Birkerød, Denmark, the striker came through Brøndby's academy after spells with IF Skjold Birkerød and Lyngby, making his senior debut for the club in 2020.

Kvistgaarden helped Brøndby to the Danish Superliga title in 2020/21 and went on to establish himself as one of the league's most prolific forwards, scoring 23 goals in 38 appearances during the 2024/25 campaign. His performances also earned him a place in the Danish Superliga Team of the Season.

A full Denmark international, Kvistgaarden made his senior debut in June 2025 before completing his move to Carrow Road the following month.

In his first season with the Canaries, the forward made 40 appearances across all competitions, scoring six goals and providing one assist.
