Canadian winger Ali Ahmed joined the Canaries from MLS side Vancouver Whitecaps in January 2026.

Born in October 2000, Ahmed has spent all of his professional career in the Whitecaps system, first playing 15 games with their second string before joining the first team.

He played over 100 games for the MLS club before joining City as Philippe Clement's first signing.

He has also represented his country, scoring his first goal for Canada in a friendly against Romanian in September 2025.
