Biography
Norwich City signed Matěj Jurásek on a five-year deal from SK Slavia Prague in January 2025.
Born in Karvina, Jurásek joined Slavia Prague's academy in the summer of 2019.
The right winger enjoyed two years working his way up to the club's reserve side, Slavia Prague B, making his professional debut for the first team in November 2020.
Across August in 2024, Jurásek was also involved in three Champions League qualifying fixtures for the Czech side.
He would make 62 appearances for the Slavia Prague senior side, with 12 goals, winning the Czech top-flight title twice.
With 11 appearances and two goals for Czechia Under-21s under his belt by 2023, Jurásek made his international debut for his nation's first team in March 2024 during a friendly against Armenia.
The 21-year-old has since gone on to collect four caps for Czechia, scoring once in a 7-1 win over Malta in June 2024.
