Zach Sclare joined Norwich City from Southend United in the summer of 2024 and is part of the club's academy programme.

A commanding central defender, Sclare featured regularly for the Canaries' Under-18s during the 2025/26 campaign, as he continued his development at Colney. Standing at 187cm, he is recognised for his physical presence and composure in possession.
