Kahlil Steele is a winger who has progressed through Norwich City's academy and features for the club's development sides.

Steele signed his first professional contract with the Canaries in the summer of 2026 after impressing throughout the academy pathway. Comfortable playing across the forward line, he will continue his development at the Avant Training Centre as part of Norwich City's Under-21s squad.
