Sonny Rowland is a central midfielder who has featured for Norwich City's Under-18s and Under-21s after progressing through the club's academy.

Rowland signed his first professional contract with the Canaries in October 2024, committing his future to the club until the summer of 2027. He has continued his development at the Avant Training Centre, featuring regularly for the club's academy sides as he progresses through the pathway.
