Jake Glossop is a right-back who has progressed through Norwich City's academy after joining the club at Under-9 level in 2017. Hailing from Fakenham, he has spent the majority of his footballing journey developing at Colney.

A composed, versatile and attack-minded full-back, Glossop signed his first professional contract with the Canaries in the summer of 2026 after impressing throughout the academy pathway. Equally comfortable defending and contributing in the final third, he is regarded as a player with strong technical ability and a willingness to get forward from defence.

Glossop forms part of Norwich City's Under-18s squad as he continues his development at the Avant Training Centre.
