Norwich City are seeking suitable family homes to provide care and accommodation for our talented academy players aged between 13 and 18 years of age.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest standards of care, which gives our talented young players a chance to thrive and develop their futures. Over the previous seasons we have seen many Academy players including Jonathan Rowe and Adam Idah graduate to the first team.
Our care providers are a key element in producing future stars for Norwich City with many needing to live away from home during the week and some weekends.
Key tasks and responsibilities for care and accommodation providers include:
- The provision of high-quality standards of care and accommodation
- emotional and physical support, aimed at encouraging the full potential of each young person
- ensuring that our young people are kept safe from harm and abuse.
- working with the club and those with parental responsibility to promote wellbeing
- developing skills required for the role and to complete a mandatory care and accommodation training framework as required.
We are seeking people who are empathetic, caring and with excellent communication skills.
Our Care and Accommodation Providers Programme offers a paid annual contract with additional club benefits. We are also interested in receiving applications from those able to provide accommodation on a temporary basis only for our players.

Wymondham, Hethersett, Cringleford, Little Melton and Eaton.
