Philippe Clement's side will face Brighton & Hove Albion in the Carabao Cup fourth round should they beat Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Thursday, September 17.
The Canaries make the trip the last season's Carabao Cup winners on Thursday night (7.30pm), with the winners rewarded with a home tie against the Seagulls. With fourth round ties taking place during the week commencing 26 October.
The Canaries' potential fourth round opposition have seen off Manchester United en route to the fourth round, having entered in the third round due to their European participation this season.
