The Fire Service will also be in attendance at the Community Sport Foundation Supporter Hub located beside Exit Gate 17 in the Joma Community Stand.
Ticket Information
Tickets for this fixture are available to purchase up until kick-off. Supporters can buy online, by calling the ticket office on 01603 721902 (option 1) or by visiting the ticket office before the fixture. The ticket office will be open from 9.30am to 7.45pm on Wednesday, September 9.

Get out of the wet weather join us in the brand-new Club NR1 for for this midweek fixture under the lights.

Travel and Opening Hours
Norwich City fans travelling to and from the game against Birmingham City are reminded that an additional train service will run after the fixture to help supporters travelling home.
The extra 10.27pm Norwich to London Liverpool Street service will call at Diss, Stowmarket, Ipswich, Manningtree, Colchester, Witham, Chelmsford, Shenfield and Stratford, before arriving at London Liverpool Street at approximately 12.30am.

Make the most of your matchday by visiting the Club Shop, where you’ll find a wide range of official club merchandise and gifts as well as our three new kits for the 2026/27 season. The Carrow Road Store will be open from 9.30am until 30 minutes after the final whistle, so make sure you stop by before or after the game to pick up your latest club favourites.

Why not come straight to the stadium from work? Our Greene King Fan Village, opens from 5.45pm and offers a whole host of great local food and drink vendors for you to enjoy before kick-off.
There’s something for everyone, with a fantastic choice of vendors including Pappe Belle, Zaket Potato, Greek food, Fish and Chips and Hog Roast, alongside the Greene King Bar serving a selection of drinks. So leave the cooking until another night, grab some food and a drink, and get into the matchday atmosphere straight away.
