The Club has appointed Equiniti (“EQ”) as its registrar to manage the club’s share register.

If you have any questions regarding your shareholding, you should contact EQ in the first instance. When contacting EQ, please quote your shareholder reference number. This will help them to identify you correctly. You can find this number on the change of register letter sent to you from the club on 11 August 2025 or your share certificate if it was issued after that date.

How many shares do I have?

What is the value of my shares?

Norwich City Football Club PLC is an unlisted company and there is no published market share price, nor are shares traded at a set price. Therefore, the value of your shares is whatever someone is willing to pay for them.

How can I buy shares?

Shares can be purchased directly from a shareholder who is willing to sell all or part of their shares.

The club does not maintain a list of people who are looking to sell shares.

How can I sell my shares?

Shares can be sold to anyone who is willing to buy them. The club does not purchase shares from shareholders, nor does it maintain a list of people who are looking to buy shares.

How can I transfer my shares?

You can transfer your shares by completing a stock transfer form below and returning it by post to Equiniti Limited, Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing, West Sussex, BN99 6DA, UK.

If you are selling your shares, then Certificate 1 on page 2 of the stock transfer form should be completed. If the amount being received for the shares is over £1,000, you must also provide a stamped letter from HMRC showing that the applicable tax has been paid. If the shares are being transferred for nil value, then Certificate 2 on page 2 of the stock transfer form should be completed.

Please note that if you are transferring: (i) shares belonging to more than one person; and/or (ii) more than one class of share, then a stock transfer form will be required for each shareholder / class of share.

In addition to the stock transfer form, you will be required to provide the original share certificate(s). If you are unable to provide the original share certificate(s), you should complete an indemnity for lost certificate form, which can be requested from EQ.

Where do I send my completed forms and documentation to?

I've completed and returned all the relevant documentation required to transfer my shares - when will the new shareholder receive their certificate?

At each board meeting, all outstanding share transfer requests are reviewed and, if approved, the transfers will be completed, with a share certificate issued to each transferee shortly thereafter. All required transfer documentation must be received at least 10 days prior to the board meeting in order for the transfer to be considered by the board.

What should I do if my share certificate has been lost or stolen?

EQ keeps a record of your name, address and the number of shares you own. If your certificates are lost, stolen or destroyed, EQ can arrange for the issue of duplicate certificates. Simply contact EQ as soon as you can, quoting your Shareholder Reference if possible. You may be charged an administration fee for this depending on the value of the share certificate. Once this is done, EQ will send you a duplicate certificate.

How do I update my name or address?

If you change your name or address, you must inform EQ.

You can update your address online via your Shareview Portfolio at www.shareview.co.uk. Click on ‘Change my address’ in Quick Links and provide your new details. Why haven't I received any correspondence from you?

If you think that you have not been receiving shareholder correspondence, please contact EQ using one of the contact details set out above. How can I receive my shareholder documents electronically?

The club encourages all shareholders to register to receive shareholder communications electronically.

You can register to receive shareholder communications electronically via your Shareview Portfolio at www.shareview.co.uk. Simply click ‘Update my communication preferences’ in the Quick Links section when you log into your Shareview Portfolio.

How do I notify you of the death of a shareholder?

EQ’s Bereavement Team is available to provide help and practical support when a shareholder dies.

When is the AGM?

The club’s AGM is typically held in November/December each year. Formal notice will be sent to a shareholder’s registered address in advance of the meeting.

The 2026 AGM will be held on Wednesday, December 2 at 7pm.

I cannot attend the next AGM, can I still vote?

If you are unable to attend the AGM, you can appoint a proxy in your place. Details of how to do so will be included in the notice of the AGM sent to shareholders.

I haven't received my dividend cheque, what should I do?

Dividends are only paid in respect of ‘A’ Preference and ‘B’ Preference shares. The club last paid a dividend in respect of its financial year ended 30 June 2022. If you are entitled to receive a dividend but have not received your dividend cheque, please complete the shareholder enquiries form here.

My dividend cheque is out of date, what should I do?
